The shipment was fast and on time. So far so good. Unfortunately my drawer has an idiotic internal dimension, so I wanted to cut the product (as shown on the instructions of the manufacturer described). The "very simple cropping" the insert but unfortunately does not work with me! The material can be processed in any way with a simple utility knife! With me everything is totally frayed, partially broken away in corners. In the end I can now throw away the part! Although I have kept exactly to the instructions, and also am not too clumsy in such things. Conclusion: 30, - Euro for nothing and spent nothing back! (15 euros for the product and fabulous 15 euro cost of shipping to Austria).
Really frustrating! I forgive only one star because Zero stars is not possible.
