In short: Who a cheap 3D - looking player WITH THE one can also play MKV or other dvix videos - is sehrgut advise here. Unwrapped - connected - set (Some settings are set to English - change in German) - and * VERY IMPORTANT * software (firmware) to version 2.20 with USB Stick (update directly with the network, does not work) updated. Then it says "enjoy film"!

To update: SW Versionist when delivered 1.11 - there may be problems with some Blu-Rays. Therefore, the Philips support - Download the update unzip - unpacked .BIN file to a USB flash drive (FAT32 formatted and empty) load, and then plug it into player. Player must be turned off and no Blu-Ray, it must be located in the bay! Turn Player now. Go to: Settings - Sofwareaktualisierung - USB. Then Akualisieren!
