The cover of the series you just have to love! They are not only unique, drawn eerily beautiful and wonderful, they also fit perfectly to the content of the books. I like this one even better than the first volume. But even if it again turns the story of Anna, fans of the Ghost-Girls have the first half of the story on her renunciation nevertheless a successful cover!
Opinion
I think the continuation of Anna dressed in Blood has everything that even her predecessor had (except maybe a little less Anna). The book has a fast-paced start, the cast us in a new job, Cas as kick-ass hero, a lot of humor, but also a lot of Draaaamaaaa and great twists.
There is a lot of time passed since Anna has disappeared and Cas can not help but constantly on them to think and imagine yourself where she is now. To make matters worse, he begins to see and they even initially is not clear whether this is the reality or hallucinations. In addition to several orders and everyday problems, Cas has now a worry more and soon he finds himself in the old known chaos called his life back.
I. Love. Cas. I'm just a huge fan of his character! :) I liked him already in the predecessor much because his sarcastic, refreshingly honest and pessimistic nature always provide some Schmunzler, but in this book you get to know him better and see a few pages about him, which was not yet known. What I unfortunately was a bit exaggerated, was that he has often spoken of it, he loves Anna and not in love with her istich think there is a big difference and so a lot of time to head over heels in his misfortune to fall he had in my opinion not had the first Tei.
Anna is, as already mentioned above, almost the entire first 150 pages about being absent, until then little Fetzten caught her and himself and these points is thought of as readers just unsure how Cas if this is really happening. I was actually not bother, because I have found my favorite character in Cas the series and his two friends Thomas and Carmel back once more to the fore to give this much better know and love learning. Readers, but Anna very, very, very liked; P will probably be a bit disappointed that there is not much to see at the beginning. Nevertheless, the story is well thought out again and leaves no room boredom. It's hard to reveal more of the plot without spoilers, but it happens a lot.
It received a lot of old, unanswered questions and how to know more about the origin of Cas' weapon and related past of an order, which forms as it were the beginning of the Supernatural Hunters. In particular, at the center is a new, decisive figure in the game and it will be very exciting.
The book is bloody, creepy and again towards the end disturbing (I'm just Brrrr Suicide Forest: O) and therefore not suitable for people, even if it is no longer so brutal as things get even more in volume one of the series of a nervous disposition.
The Anna-series I count definitely to my Lieblingesreihenm; P
Conclusion
Bloody, scary, thrilling a successful sequel!
Rating
Actually, I would have given the book smooth 5 star, but I'm after the end of a little uncertain. The book I really enjoyed tremendously well, but it is out of the question as to whether this was the last part of the series, or if a still follows. If this should be the conclusion of the series, namely, that I would as choppy and the end really feel unsatisfactory: / I had, after reading anything but the feeling that it is so complete.
I have the author wrote a message and hope fervently that she answers me :) Therefore, the rating is for the time being hanging between 4-5 stars. The feeling knows her safe, right ?!
