To book: It's about that disease where you officially it claims would be genetic, caused in fact by nutrient deficiency are (the real thinking disseminate this lie to the doctors and the population they can lie / sell for stupid people just - - but not all).
That nutrients are important can be thought of well. Not too long ago, selenium was still considered a non-essential, thereby are, as I've heard, died alone in D. million. Selenium has thus only relatively recently added to the list of essential nutrients: the book is spoken not only about all the known and formally essential nutrients, but also, for example rare earth as nutrients (Ultra-ultra-trace elements) and as positive may affect these and perhaps they are, just like selenium, eventually classified as essential, although I'm not sure if that will happen so quickly because of ill earned Big Pharma well.
Until page 367 is text on the history of medicine, as the ancient cultures have then waged war on fertile soils (where nutrients were aware of us not necessarily today or you do not want the people to make conscious) and what they nor did to come to this, as Wallach recognized the importance of nutrients and more.
From page 367 tables and other nutrients, and what diseases leads a lack of the respective nutrient and what you have to take according to an illness to prevent / cure.
I have a lot compared with the knowledge from various other sources and it intersects agree often, which is very good. Other Know what's in the book, I could not find on the fast on the Internet / compare because apparently not so well known (we know it often takes 50-100Jahre up in medicine something is recognized)
The fact that in Germany may have a lack of nutrients, is not new, [Dr.Wallach:] and that eg much selenium found in Brazil nuts, one must not assume the plants do not need selenium, and they need only 13 elements, the But man 90 nutrients. The only thing left to be sure that you get the respective nutrients is to supplement.
Book - concrete - Wallach: We all know that the heart stops without potassium, but we also know that with selenium or vitamin B1 deficiency is similar? Or gray hair and, if you're unlucky, deadly aneurysms in copper deficiency? Dr. Wallach says that Einstein, who had these famous long gray hair, has died of an aneurysm due to copper deficiency. Or that as vegetable oil forms even at room temperature trans fats / trans fatty acids (would Steve Jobs knew that he was still alive. He was vegan (hence Apple as a brand name) and the whole vegetable fats have killed him with arterial inflammation and thus cancer. )? That cholesterol is not the evil (especially many references in the index) is also in the book. Many of these information are in the book.
Alone if an especially important nutrient is missing one can die (supplement). Just because you eg bio eat, that does not at all that as more nutrients in it are. It is certainly better for the environment and people there simply fewer toxins in it, but ultimately, as Dr. Wallach found out, you die not necessarily to environmental toxins but at some deficiency (see "Kill doctors do not lie").

Dr. Wallach: The average age of all athletes is only 62, because they sweat out all your nutrients and with just water or a sports drink in the few different nutrients in it "refuel" (even 10 different is far too little). The top 20 of the most ancient peoples have never done sports (normal moves), are illiterate, have no medical care as we with us, but they all have one thing in common: life only by a stupid coincidence this in an area where all the important nutrients present in the soil are.
Dr. Wallach: The average age of the doctors [in America] is according to their own studies, only 56 years, and kill anybody who injure or infect doctors 15 million patients with unnecessary surgery (in D. otherwise: unnecessary surgery for example in D. there are already documentaries about it) or because they do not wash their hands. And most of those diseases where you can operate, can be personalized with nutrients for weeks or months to prevent (yes you can regrow things where you think that does not grow after).

"Dead doctors do not lie" / "Dead Doctors Do not Lie" is a relatively well-known work of Dr. Wallach, what you should look at to get a good overview of the topic nutrients. Can be found on the internet in German.
That there are no reviews here in German are (although the book is new but it has been around for a few weeks), shows that the subject most do not realize, and if there should be reviews on a nutrient-book, then books of Dr. Wallach, for he is as much a leader as Dr. Daunderer, when it comes to poisons.
