Everything that has been written here Positive is absolutely right. Kocher is fast and quiet and the tea tastes better.

BUT: The Wasserfüllanzeige is just below the handle and when you - in the sink - keeps the jug under the tap, you have to bend down to see the display. The viewing area is always steamed up and really see you do nothing - only when water "rises", one realizes how much is already filled. Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out "by weight" if it is about the amount used. That works quite well.

Nevertheless, I am happy every day for this gift and enjoy it, to heat water in a variety of temperatures, which was previously possible only with Bratthermometer :-)
