Speed: was the extremes of Sandisk (with 60MB / s) already significantly faster than the SanDisk Extreme III (with 30MB / s, since gabs verscheidene III rock ...), which is still a bit faster, both for emptying the camera's internal Buffers and during transmission via my Kingston 19in1 card reader. Strange really, because USB 2.0 ....
If someone wants to have underpinned with measured values: Rob Galbraith and Eos enter 5DMKII and CompactFlash into a search engine; this card is the second fastest, an Asian named GMonster 533x (I'm here not elsewhere found!) was a little bit faster.
Conclusion for me: the Transcend is cheaper than the SanDisk Extreme Pro (90MB / s), equally well, and there have been no problems with data loss.
Buy recommendation for those who are looking for appropriate partners for their valuable equipment.
edit 20.10.2011: by now 8 months use, was so 2x on holiday, no problems with the data security.
My favorite in the 1D, since it the fastest of all empties the buffer.
