Have the Silit written customer service, since according to the brochure 5 year guarantee on these "Non-Stick Pans" is. I hope that the pan is replaced. Because here so several people who are struggling with the same problems, I will report on my success.
Update: I recently to exchange email from Silit get a coupon packet sent, with whom I could send in the pan for free. After less than a week, a new pan came back. That's what I call exceptional service. Although is annoying that even what was with the pan, but still is the fixed quickly. The service was very friendly :) I raise my rating to 4 stars. So I can to anyone who has problems with this pan, only advise the Silit service to write / call.
