A barely configurable mobile

I had to test this phone for some time and can understand the most points of the negative reviews:
- Reception is much worse than the Sony Ericsson K750i used in a direct comparison. I have the cell phones next to each other kept for comparison, as well as individually tested at certain locations to mutual transmission / reception rule out interference. The reception was so bad that even when (lt. Display) eingebuchtem UMTS the card structure in Google-Maps lasted about eight times as long as on the K750i (which indeed has only a quarter of a large display area, but no UMTS). - Even if GPS reception is quite mau (constant position and DOP fluctuations). When SE C702, however, the displayed position was much more stable and the position uncertainty is there appears mostly correct.
- Residual character display there at SE always until the last 15 characters before the end of an SMS. Typical SE, typically impractical.
- Appointments are only displayed in the calendar as a bold date number, and it should rather be called "a little less thin" "fat" here actually, because it is hard to distinguish from the other figures.
- Pretty stupid too, that the weekly calendar view does not use the screen height; so you have to scroll up and down these missing pixels for pretty much.
- Also typical SE: the backlight time can not be influenced. To surf on one side or waiting for the Google Maps map is finally loaded once, the screen darkens and you have to press a button, and then to see what keystroke you then may need to undo. How do you surf there? Unbelievable backward! (= Two star deduction) to the Displaynachleuchtzeit (after last keystroke) per application and display status to choose would be correct.
- No lens protection, but, well, that has become unfortunately standard.
- A few configuration options in the list view (. Eg by SMS, telephony history, etc.), or font size.
+ The metal rear panel (the soap shaped bent 50s deisgn I do not like) I like that. The more robust the more solidity mediating weight, the better. Scratches as they feared a reviewer here, just apply the metal rather than patina because when Olle Abschubberung in plastic.
+ The menu responds quite quickly and spontaneously (not so unbearably tough and slow as the C702).
+ The keyboard is not especially durable, but has all good pressure points.
