A beautiful book. Photos are quality (Delforge is a great botanist, but also a very good photographer!), The descriptions are largely sufficient, impeccable classification. But this guide covers a geographical area far too much !!! Many species of Ophrys are endemic areas of the Aegean Sea and Turkey ... What interest to botanists of France-Benelux ??? It also lacks a precise distribution map of the described species. But how to make an accurate map of each page to an area described as extensive? A very nice guide so, but too general to respect the geographical area covered. A buy to complement a local guide for high quality pictures !!!
