This book is beautiful, beautifully illustrated and very well designed. It provides valuable information, the basics of baking, methods and tricks. It offers numerous recipes to achieve its self bread and hand as well as detailed steps to making bread. You will find the recipe for classic bread (white bread, full ciabata, focaccia, olives, nuts ...), no wheat or gluten free breads (rye bread, spelled, corn), breads sourdough (full, country, breadsticks, polenta, semolina, cheese, herbs, figs, walnuts ...) and pastries (croissants, chocolate croissants, raisin bread, buns, stollen ... ) I obviously tried several recipes and have not always achieved the desired results ... certainly a lack of tact on my part ...
