-The Layout of recipes makes you want to get your hands dirty!
-Of Tips and techniques, and a FAQ (10 total pages counting only the text pages of course!)
-Of Achievable rolls with two different types of flour (buckwheat or rice + rice + millet, etc.)
-Of Revenue buns (and scones, Kougloff, ...) and savory buns for appetizers (focaccia bread with thyme, ...)

Points -:
-The Recipes are given for a casserole cooking but not for a bread machine (MAP)
Since I use a MAP, the results are still imperfect as it takes to find the right cooking programs
-Not Enough bread recipes for every day (7 Recipes)
