This disc, recently published, is perhaps not THE disk Nigel North to have in your collection (the indispensable being the 4 CD dedicated to John Dowland, the sublime record of lute pieces by Robert Johnson, and CDs devoted to the work of Leopold Weiss ...). But it deserves to be among the others parts Di Milano is very pleasant to listen, and feel of Nigel North remains unequaled. A therefore acquire, for all those who love the music of the lute and the quality of Renaissance. Nigel North for me is the lutenist most sensitive and most accomplished currently.
