We must have an open mind to enjoy the advice of Dr. Graham. I think to fully appreciate the content must also make search on YT to hear firsthand advice and additional explanations for people like me who are open minded but still difficult to completely convince. For Dr. Graham challenges our way of living to Western.
For my part, I applied his advice over 3 days, then 2 weeks and now I'm not 100% his teachings but I have adapted to my daily life. And I see the positive effects largely !! What convinced me is to see so many people (known and unknown, like Bill Clinton, for example) try the adventure of veganism and the benefits they have experienced. The majority remained VG 100 or has changed his eating habits :)
I highly recommend it to those around me and to anyone who wants a marked improvement in his health!
