This book, I bought it because I am interested in human behavior and more precisely to self-destructive behavior. I must say at the outset that certain passages of this book are echoes some individual experience and each certainly find it a bit without dévelloper all need to have a pathology. It is clear that we must keep in mind a certain distance, a person ailing think I could experience some discomfort from reading this book. Yet I remain convinced that, by not covering their face, this book encourages us in our deepest trenches me and I must say some cogitate. It's a rare book that treats the cause of the problems as a whole, it does not promise a miracle recipe that is watered us in too many psychology books, it is precisely this concept that the current drive to a recipe risk that divert after a few pages. As against anyone trying to be sincere with himself, it is a valuable tool to look inside even if it is sometimes painful. The methods combining psychoanalysis, humanistic existancielle and cognitive therapy are rare efficiency. The author succeeds in my opinion a masterful feat of simple words with humanity and a consideration of the person who is perceived through the book. I admit that having read many books, this one occupies a special place in my library. This is a very good investment for who looks naked without egocentricity.
