A Book That is hard to like but even harder not to like ...

I will not lie, I did not enjoy The Raven Boys. It was really hard for me to get into the story and even harder to like the characters. I was so close to abandon the book but made myself read at least half of it.

Strangely enough around Page 200 I could not not keep on reading. I suddenly found myself interested in the story and the characters were slowly growing on me.

That's why the book did not turn out as terrible as I was expecting. I had too many problems with it but at the sametime it felt familiar and absorbing after a while.
