With "Night Flight" Falco released his first album with the EMI. And after "Data De Groove" was previously flopped really, a certain expectation was on "night flight". And the Austrians was up to expectations with her first single from the album. With "Titanic" Falco finally delivered from a typical Falco-Pops. Verbal the usual mix of German and English, and also from the musical putting forth just typical Falco. But success on the charts was not so, how it was used by Falco in the 80s. "Titanic" but nevertheless climbed into the Top 50 of the German single charts. With "Night Flight" Falco sat on his way off the Deutschpop back towards electro-dance continued. Liquid beats, crisp texts and in various places to make the content smug superficiality "Night Flight" for me even today, after 20 years, still one of the coolest albums of the Austrian. Titles like "Night Flight", "Time" Dance Mephisto "or" propaganda "and of course" Titanic "are typical Falco classic and will have their fascination probably not lost in 50 years. The EMI has this album now remastered and reissued with a bonus CD. On the first CD there to hear the original album and on the second disc then 14 maximum, remix and instrumental versions of the singles of the "Night Flight" work. A strong release of an album, which is out for some time unjustly forgotten and is now rightly brought back to the current focus of the music lovers.
