A story where the characters correspond to their time ... It is very funny that phrases that offend Elizabeth, or make him ashamed are all made in our common language. The so strict manners and reserved M.Darcy, M.Bingley and other gentlemen are so amazing, if distant relationships between heroes can only fascinate readers. While nowadays it makes boyfriends Uninhibited, The Bennet Darcy, Bongley and the other families of the book would leave for anything a young unmarried woman touched the hand of a man without her found before the altar!
A story that brings back good manners, the etiquette, which include the old life, but without tiring.
Small description of the main characters:
- Elizabeth Bennet, also known as Lissy, our main heroine considered "acceptable" by M.Darcy early, and "one of the most beautiful women" at the end. A girl who likes to try to understand the people of his surroundings, was fascinated by the books, and whose manners are very correct although deemed "insolent" by some.
- Mr. Darcy, this gallant lady, who falls in love with her very soon but does not know what to do to tell her when she appears at the start hate it. A wealthy heir said orgeuilleux very unfriendly and it is quite cold and distant, only speaking his friends while maintaining very polished manners.
- Jane Bennet, the eldest of five Bennet sisters, beauty, the prettiest girl in the area, quiet and nice, she judges no one and always tries to stand up for everyone.
- M.Bingley, madly in love with Jane, this is a young man enthtousiaste and fun that behaves very well in society.
With these four protagonists, the story could have been simple but already full of twists, though Jane Austen adds many other characters that are important: Mrs Bennet, with his character so fun, Mr Bennet, her husband enough extravageant, the other three sisters who have constantly complicating the plot, the cousin Mr. Collins inherit the Bennet flattering and unbearable, but also the arrival of the officers who will mark an important turning point of the scenario, and many extras make the story more exciting still.
So I end this review by saying that this can not be a classic book to read and reread endless! We do not fail to take into history even with knowledge of the denouement quite charming!
