yet I read books on bcp pnl, positivism, meditation etc etc .. I practice Taichi and yoga, and yet, yet .. this book is a revelation: just simply to have the will to and do what is within our reach! simply and bracelet, great idea to remind us physically every day this concept. I also tried the challenge! it's too stupid to let it rot life by our own vision.
