the performance mx seems to have a design flaw! the click switches are extremely weak constructed. As a result, at the latest after a few months of the switch resistance of the left mouse button (a small and very thin copper flakes), which one does most needed is worn. From this moment recognize my mouse clicks than ever simply double-clicks. and drag & drop or highlight text passages then no longer reliable because in between times just a double-click is detected and example. the file that you wanted to move half vanishes away in any folder.
is extremely annoying and makes one both work and play virtually impossible.
As for me, not the performance mx has held more than 6 months, I can therefore only advise absolutely from the purchase, even if the features and feel of the mouse would be perfect in itself.
Logitech would not hell-bent on out of here even the last half a cent saved and built a neat switch, the mouse would be thoroughly recommended, it is a smooth by faller.
I'm a fan of Logitech products per se and shop at keyboards / mice nothing else for years but in this case I have to say: Stay away from the performance mx - rather buy a different brand.
