He quotes from selected essays by the American philosopher Richard Rorty to prove his point, That thesis postmodern thought is inconclusive and erroneous.
This is a solid work, if you look at the world and human thought from a 17th- to 19th-century-perspective. It induced me to start reading the main work of Rorty himself (Philosophy and the Mirror of Nature).
