The Museum of Innocence (Paperback)

Customer Review

In total agreement with previous comments, while also stressing the excellent translation, the Turkish writer Nobel Prize takes us on a poignant story, so one might expect a long and still intrigue. The virtuosity of the writing takes away all that fear. We are in pages where moods are described with single precision. One sometimes has the impression of reading Proust.
The atmosphere of the book, this search for a lost happiness exists and is expressed throughout the narrative. While one may wonder how will settle this museum in question and how it will be brought, and although it is surprising to each chapter of the appearance of objects and their implementation. A novel that despite his great nostalgia brings immense happiness reading. Orhan Pamuk knows how to touch our feelings and emotions through a static story that you would think. Great art in writing, and many philosophical passages.
