We do not read every day a book written by a Nobel Prize for Medicine and Physiology. The latter, even if he has more than 30 years, is intended as a reflection on life and on molecular biology and the philosophical articulation that entails for example the evolutionary level. Thus we find from some molecular biology recalls, with the knowledge of the time for which received some of developments and there is then a personal reflection on the part of the author.
