PS. I lost the race against time, the directories and files have been permanently lost (the directories had become empty). As against it was relatively easy to replace by the manufacturer (Amazon refused to do it, I was a two weeks period after the return of (my fault, I had been slow getting started)) and m has oriented WD. I had an account with WD, my records were recorded, I just made a RMA (replacement demand), I had to return the disc at my expense, and I got another very quickly. By cons it takes up to a month to transfer Drive warranty replaced to the new drive (currently guaranteed for 6 months only).
