Another DVD also, also 2 music CD's. A game disc runs in 3 other drives, has not been identified.

Conclusion:
TOO MANY NEGATIVE POINTS:
Firmware update with a current Apple operating system impossible.
Rickety plastic box (drawer can be in the open state without effort 3-4cm move horizontally)
Drawer full manual (goes only 1cm, does not drive out and not purely ...)
DVD must also be pressed manually onto a holder (very fiddly)
.... Probably too !! something cheap ...

Now have a higher quality device in use.
Can I recommend it as automatic drawer, faster than the portable Slim Devices, rel. quiet reading and burning, otherwise silent and at rest:
LG Super Multi Blue BE14NU40 external BluRay burner (14x Speed, USB 3.0)
