Good intentions, probably still require some firmware updates

The unit has in principle to a good quality and a useful user interface and is unlike many other players smoothly and without delay to use - if the remote control precisely positioned - and here we are at the first defect: 1.) The device responds only if the remote control is pointing straight to the device. Minor discrepancies acknowledged the device with no response. This is annoying! 2.) The device does not play any JPEG files. While the images of my Nikon SLR are beautifully rendered, it ignores the * .jpegs completely from my 2 Panasonic cameras despite Newest firmware updates. They are dismissed as "unknown format". Two other existing media players, of course not do that. That's impossible! 3.) The unit has been referred to the Internet as equipped with Freeview. Although the antenna connections to the unit available, but these are not on the software to use and there is no indication in the instructions. It is not clear if this feature is enabled by a company product update in December for all or whether it is optional. 4.) When the MP3 player cover art is not displayed on the screen in the appropriate range, although they are present in the folder.
Unfortunately, there is no proper hotline, with which one can resolve the deficiencies. I would indeed possibly be content if I knew that in the problems. 2 - 4 working as part of a firmware upgrade, but since I'm left in the dark and the remote but massively annoys me it comes back. Normally, I would award a point. With regard to the fact that the hardware is good and a lot can be done through upgrades, I forgive two points.
