Positives: the phone is a great addition to the Fritz box 7270. The voice quality is very good. (According to the latest firmware update on the box and the phone!). My caller confirm that without my notes. Dropouts or other audio problems, I have not found. The standby time of the phone is very good. Access to the phone book of the Fritz box is a great facility. Application of the phone's on the Fritz box was done very quickly without problems. The range of the handset is impressive and therefore no exaggeration in the description. The latest firmware update has been deployed immediately after logging on to the Fritz box without problems after confirmation. Quick access to a furnished on the Fritz box answering machine. New messages are indicated by an icon on the phone's display. How it would work with the new e-mails to me so far is puzzling. The missing key illumination and the (mentioned by some buyers) piano keys do not bother me. The phone is a commodity and not a piece of furniture ;-)
Negatives: The battery is due to the flat construction unfortunately an exotic one. I am working now so where you will get a replacement battery. Setting new phone book entries on the handset is a doctoral thesis. Is much easier and faster through the interface of the Fritz box. The flaw functions could have been made simpler.
Conclusion: I would buy the device again. The positive aspects outweigh me. The price performance ratio is okay. Ettlich issues (as mentioned in other reviews) I did not have with the device. I think AVM can here make much ground with corresponding firmware updates well. So my rating 4 stars.
