Now for the actual assessment of the UE Boom speaker:
This thing is really extremely compact. The dimensions are similar to those of a slob-Mäppchens for pens. I run it in an upright position and the part is actually stable. It makes the impression that even an occasional overturning would absolutely not mind him. In Youtube there is even a video where someone can hit the part of 1,5m on the floor without any harm ensteht it. Well, I would not do, of course, at least not on purpose!
Operation via Bluetooth works very reliably. The automatic pairing after switching takes 4-5 seconds and then automatically adjusts the volume level that was used. If I had my iPad previously available with built-in speaker to about 60%, the volume control jumps after pairing back to about 30%. But that's a good thing! Because the small sound rolls have an extremely high efficiency! At the moment I do not know when I would have the time to exhaust. I tried it once, but even at maximum volume the sound is clean and undistorted. Amazing!
Ever, the sound for such a small device probably hardly be better. Where should come and deep bass. They are available, but of course, quietly and without much pressure. But above the deep bass is really all there, what you need! Music sounds present, natural and comfortable, the vote is for such a small device really outstanding!
I pull from only one star because the miracle fails that deep basses are clearly audible and because I still feel the price plenty high.
Nevertheless, I would buy the unit again, precisely because it is processed so super compact and so great.
