Sil is a continuation of the 'primitive conspiracy "(he is not absolutely necessary to have read, key elements being recalled when necessary), this sequel is not really as good
The plot takes a long time to take off and the first half of the novel drags a lot in length. The character of Ludivine only hook the reader, his somewhat heavy sufferings and sometimes incomprehensible reactions rebels make it to the final few charismatic therefore take time to get into this novel where the last 200 pages are more involved and dynamic but situations sometimes very improbable (To believe that the lessons of the past Nont not retained) make it difficult to swallow everything greedily
