This book is an introduction to Vipassana meditation technique in its purest form. It is clear, pragmatic and illustrated many stories. For cons, the purpose of this book is not to learn to practice this alone technique, it is even recommended. To do a 10-day course is necessary, during the 10 days the most practical technique of the day and theoretical points are made late in the day to illuminate what we lived. I come back from this course. I was amazed at the simplicity and depth that this technique, teach pure and totally secular manner. I already see the benefits in my life and especially a deep transformation was initiated.
