Positives: Everything works, albeit to configure a bit bumpy.
Negative
1. After about a week, an actuator is already failed. Although this report any parameter friendly to the CCU, however, remains the "valve opening" permanently at 0% and can also not take any action (reset, re-link, battery replacement, etc.) deter.

So, here I am again. Meanwhile, the defective unit has been replaced. The settlement was never a problem. The costs were taken from "Comfort House" and within a few days I had spare. BUT - the replacement unit was not new. It was clear, relatively heavy soiling, first had to be "freed", constantly has communication problems with the CCU and came with almost empty batteries.
So, dear "comfort house - your specialty shop for home automation with expert advice", you have disqualified yourself! If that does not work the next time, then I'll buy from a company that emphasis on correctly handling. Last Chance!
Perhaps it is the / one batch of suppliers "Comfort House", in any case repeatedly occur Come Unia problems please with the CCU on. The equipment that I bought from another supplier, these problems have not fact.

All devices run now stable and there was no further loss since the last complaint.
And so it looks like you actually saves heating costs. The end result of I'll post it here after about 12 months of use - ie, in the spring of 2015
Short Interim Report: The gas bill is got in a few days ago and we have actually around 350, - EUR get reimbursed. That may have certainly situated on mild winter 2013/14, but surely not only. I'll watch it on ...

and again one of the most stable drives has failed, the third in the league. This time the error 'F1'. The engine says despite new batteries for days no longer Mux. But so far the service of "Comfort House" has worked quite well.
Despite the relatively high failure rate, I'm still very pleased with the overall situation.

Number four and five have failed! This time with the error 'F1'. The amazing thing is that was the No.5 Austauschgrät for Nos. 4 and 5 that number is no longer "alive" after just one night. The electronics work properly. The motor resp. the transmission do the problems.
Especially stupid in these failures, that the heating is turned up may fully. If you do not so recognize the error quickly, it can lead to increased heating costs. That would be pretty stupid for a longer winter holidays.
Because of the high failure rate I reduce the rating to one star to two.
Thanks to the supplier (Comfort House), which has been very fast and totally cost neutral for me, exchanged each complained Getät.

Again, a device has failed with an F1 fault. Slowly it is scary and eternal "Unmounting" restart binding, removal and installation, packing, return annoying huge!
This system is extremely flawed and therefore I reduce the rating of initially four to two and then now on a star.

I give up! The HomeMatic thermostats are just useless! I now come to another system. The investment in HomeMatic was a big and rather expensive mistake. Presumably, it is the open system FHEM.
