A few technical details ...

The photo frame has a good, big screen, the viewing angle downwards could be better, but is ok.
Is a flash plugged in and the power is turned on (for example, by a timer or an infrared switch), the slide show starts with the pre-selected configuration automatically. With the remote control or with the buttons on the back of the unit can be configured in a clear menu, slide show, for example, display time of images (3 seconds or, for example, 1 hour per image) alphabetical order or random playback.
The device can be by internal timer and weekly timer start automatically (not tested).

Images can be scaled on demand without distortion by cropping or 1to1 displayed. This works well.
The 2 speakers make speech and music clearly audible in low volume represents, have (good) "mobile quality".

Possible audio codecs are MP3 (tested) and wma.

I tested videos with MPEG-1 480x320 with 25 or 30 frames / second in 2064 kbit / sec and lower (Audio MP3, 128 kbit mono) in * .mpg container (ie the file extension). Converts I have this with the free program SUPER v2012.build.51
Pictures I have, among other things geteistet with 1367x768 and low and previously compressed, so that they have a low volume of data.

Both ran smoothly in the loop for hours.

A real gripe: video does not start automatically when the machine gets power. Only the video selection must be confirmed.

Tip: Technically I had with no flash problems, there should be problems, it always lends itself to another and perhaps taking smaller Flash and komnprimieren the data.
