The latter is accused of murder. Casey is stunned. She knows her innocent father, but who wants to put this behind bars? What is the author of this setup?
While the first volume concentrated on the training part for Badminton, providing its share of riding, this suite focuses on the investigation about the identity of the blackmailer. An interesting idea but not enough exploited perhaps. Indeed, if this second volume is almost perfect, I still found that some passages like the competition tests were passed too quickly. Nevertheless, I'm still conquered by this series that no longer has a tome to appear.
If you want to get started in an equestrian series or discover a young girl (she is also very readable from 8 years), I can only recommend warmly Horse Thunderstorm. A title of a rare quality!
