With "Ritual" The Black Dahlia Murder have created a masterpiece that is without equal.
Until this release was "miasma" for me the best thing that has spawned the band, but now the guys have managed even to go one step further.
The album has something for everyone, reminiscent of perfectly composed riffs in some places to Amon Amarth, right down to the typical brute-songs that have to be on TBDM plate.
Overall, the album is absolutely varied and even after countless Hördurchgängen still absolutely thrilling.
I highly recommend this album 100%, it buys you!
