A hamster wheel generates more charge current

I ordered 2 cable. One for Samsung S3, one for a S3mini. On both devices, both charging cable provide very insufficient performance. It takes - admittedly I have not stopped the time - 5 times as long as with the original charger and the battery sometimes does not fill completely. Last 68% was over and it did not invite further.
Tried the dealer to explain the problem and to request a return. He refused, because I was probably a day over the return period (which, if you were to count only from the date of my acceptance of goods ...) and reasoned my technical objections that "the charger [...] to there (is ) to charge the smartphone slowly gently, so that the battery lasts longer. My supplied at S3 charging cable provides 1A and does not cause total destruction of the battery but okay ...

So if you want to charge its battery gently and carefully and can apply without switched on Smartphone 2-3 hours, which can be accessed here.
