Now on to the pan itself.
The non-stick coating makes cooking nice meals while limiting the use of fat. Furthermore, the fact that the scratch-resistant coating is a real advantage. I can not count the number of times I asked what kind of utensils in the sink and found knives and forks in it. Ditto for the smart kids who use a fork to prick the cooking and food rather than seek a wooden spoon. Grrrr. At least, this should reduce the scratches from this kind of abuse.
I had a big crush for against-handle handy when you have to handle the pan (eg, bring to table). It allows to distribute weight and therefore improves the balance. Personally, I'm always afraid of falling when I want a burning stove with a single handle. Especially when said pan is full and therefore even heavier.
A good point again for the cover, perfectly suited to the dimensions of the jigsaw pretty impressive.
The only downside is the weight. Having back problems, I spent a hand to darling. A book so the mighty men of valor. :)
