A highlight in the tactical RPG area

The PSP shines not just with many original games that have been developed primarily for the PSP.
An exception is the level of 5 (probably better known here by the Professor Layton series) originating Jeanne D'Arc,
which unfortunately never appeared in Germany.

But you should not be irritated by the title itself, this is not historically correct Nacherzählwerk,
but a very polyphonic fantasy game that takes only vague bonds of the historical figure of Joan of Arc.

Who a penchant for tactical RPGs has (Fire Emblem, Tactics Ogre, Final Fantasy Tactics) comes here fully at its expense.

Plus points:
+ Figures are lovingly animated graphics in Cell Shade
+ Animation cutscenes carry forward the story, they are well made and not act trashy
+ Solid gameplay, which is also very beginner friendly

The lack of complexity in the character development (fixed for a given class Charater, unlike eg FF Tactics)
is compensated by a coherent character design, also customization is possible by an on 'Skill Stones' based system.

Some consider the Schwirigkeit too simple, in my opinion, many battles are quite demanding, also offers the game yet
so-called 'postgame content'; after the main story is complete, new cards with heavier areas are still available.

Overall, a highly recommended game, who is not sure should take a look on YouTube or similar sites gameplay.
