exactly two weeks before the camera was delivered to me, and 6GB of pictures later, I can say the following to the camera:
I'm incredibly pleased with the entire camera. Before that I have photographed with a DSLR (Nikon D3000) and it differs by worlds. Sure, this one is a compact camera, the other a digital SLR, but still. So impressed I have been by yet none of my cameras.
She is super processed, except for the cover of the lens, which sits somewhat loose.
Only negative attention to me the lightning that does not fold up automatically. But actually that's even beneficial, therefore the camera will flash not unintentionally automatically.
The images I'm totally satisfied, they are sharp, the camera will quickly and the continuous shooting mode is incredible. Very pleased I am to change the way jiffy exposure, thanks to the ordinary display one sees immediately the result. Hindsight experienced actually rare disappointment.
In the circle of the people were very happy with the camera, so that already bought my father and a friend of the camera as well.
The viewfinder is a bit small, that you can possibly find fault with. Especially when one is accustomed to look through the viewfinder and see a way the "original", not a folded-up screen, then he is used to. But you can well do without the viewfinder through the swiveling display.
For the pivoting display, you can still say: I want to give up no more swiveling display. Thus, one can easily take pictures of a lower or higher perspective, or "loosely from the hip" without having to dislocate this big.
