As a complement to my Kai Europe VG-0210D Deba knife Shun-Pro 21cm I wished a smaller diameter from the same series at Christmas. Santa was gracious and laid my office knife Shun 8.5 cm under construction. The focus is how, at the large diameter also incomparable. No matter what needs to be cut so that it goes everywhere through like butter. The handle is very well made and has the typical form of Kai Shun knife. Thus, it is also very good in the hand and can be lead fabulous. I can find nothing negative to the knife and forgive so full 5 stars. If you're looking for a decent knife, will find it here.
