It can be said that the current CD is kept pretty catchy, but has yet to spark at certain profundity. This combination, I find it very successful, since it is actually what inspired me to the music of Subway to Sally from the beginning. The band is where we have eleven incredibly diverse songs that could convince me all mostly. However, I would like to elaborate on the individual titles.
1. The Black Sea
Wow, what an opening! "The Black Sea" pulled me from the very beginning in its spell. With this, the band has truly created a veritable paean to the black scene that comes up with a groundbreaking chorus melody and a flattering text;) It might be difficult to surpass. (5 | 5)

2. Beat the BELL
After the grandiose opening track I was really looking forward to the next piece. But "Beat the bells" leaves no drop in quality. The track begins with a mysterious chimes, the tension builds. The verses are similarly slow and atmospheric, but the chorus is like for a volcanic eruption. Everything is just right! The song from the beginning, voices and has clear catchy levels. (5 | 5)

3. WE FIGHT!
At this point, the war theme is treated in a special way. The brutality of the song is less obvious, it hides rather between the lines. Otherwise, "Let's fight!" Is a terrific burger with heaviness and melody. For me also a highlight! (5 | 5)

4. for all eternity
Behind the following piece hides one of my beloved favorites of the album. The song takes the listener directly into the action and has a sogartige effect. The degree of hardness is very scaled back here. There is a sad, touching, maybe even a little unsettling ballad. In this sense: Tuck Everlasting, Subway To Sally! (5 | 5)

5. nothing is forever
This track gives me the most trouble, because it is a genuine dispute. I know some who describe him as a song of the album, to me, however, he is not. Granted, the melody eats rapidly in his ear, but the whole song comes along very contrived and superficial. Here the spark will not jump for the first time with me. But is bearable. (3 | 5)

6. ins Dunkel
Gooseflesh atmosphere! Little Fugitive advance device with this beautiful pure ballad quickly forgotten. I think "ins Dunkel" for one of the most emotional and most beautiful creations of the band, particularly because here Eric Fish presents its almost incredible and best vocal performance. The piece is acoustically supported with guitars, strings and the voice of the front man. A touching matter that can like me think of my all-time favorite former "Woe hour". (5 | 5)

7. where roses bloom
Now comes a renewed Stampfer, who announces itself very threatening. Shortly thereafter, sets a strong riff and Eric Fish smashes his plaintive words directly in the heart of the listener. In Song hidden despite the high degree of hardness and a noticeable vulnerability. The sadness and anger that thrive here in the lyric I, come in outstanding chorus perfectly expressed. (5 | 5)

The pace will be somewhat scaled back, but now find oriental tones their appeal. These fit perfectly to the controversial and highly topical subject of the song. 9. ME ALONE
Now we come to the most difficult part of the album. Begins with very quiet sounds "mine alone." Yet it soon becomes clear that here there is no typical ballad. Again takes up the tape to the terrible, but unfortunately current issue of child abuse. As in "angel warriors" entitled "Evening Song" manages the septet at this point an eerie moment of anew a shiver runs down your spine me every time. "I Alone" increases the voltage up immeasurably and after about five minutes, the audience remains thoughtful, perhaps a little disconcerted. In this number I could every time renounce love. Although the song exudes a truly poignant melancholy, all in one package, it can not convince me however. There is a lack of variety and clearly re-identification work. "At the end of the road" does not stick in the ear, although it actually fits perfectly content to the album. Too Bad. (3 | 5)

11. MMXII
Things are looking up! Was the previous song disappointing, so can be seen as a masterly album end of this yet. Nevertheless, I must say that I would have liked a little more at this point. The song is great, without question, but I like to think so back to the conclusion of "crossfire" ("father") or "Nord Nord Ost" ("Shanty"). These titles were simply bombastic and emotional than here. But nothing stopped offense, the band "Black in Black" also highly acceptable. (4 | 5)
Conclusion: To summarize all let me say that "Black in Black" is simply an awesome album. It has its own charm, its own atmosphere, and provides for "crossfire" even more surprises. For me it was, however, so that the songs unfolded only gradually, so I was not as thrilled as I am now after the first hearing. "Black in Black" will take time, but it was definitely worth it to take this time for such a gem.
