I must admit after repeated listening. This album has but the one-hit "dschungle Drum" Thankfully nothing to do. I was indeed really attentive to this ringtone hit, but rather by the very interressante connection none other than Roland Orzabal who not only produced this album. But also contributed three pieces as Mitkoponist. And something like this it is then also the first track "To Be Free" Come on, it could easily arise from a Tears for Fears-refined sound. As did "Fingertips". Refined Drums, Keyboards and Programming mingle with detailed percussion and acoustic guitar. But the comparison to TfF I will not overburden. It give still more parallels to that I've now heard from several people who know this album. Already in the second title "Wednesday Child" it comes as it must come: the dialect is not Björkisch? Well, gaaaaanz away. But at least the way I find very kitschy third title "Baby Blue", the voting metallic comparison urges to Mocheeba`s album Big Clam. And this should not be negative !!! On The Contrary! Toll miracle! The pieces are always better, speak less, even kitschy. "Fingertips," right after "Telepathy" and then "Tuna Fish" bring a great variety at a very high level of popular music. The last two pieces leave the unfortunately much too short with 38 minutes album back end a little soft rock excessively. A pity that the songs were on average far not partially pulled with less than four minutes of playing time in the length. That could have produced tickle the fifth star for me. Likewise, the lack of lyrics in the booklet, but we will but compensated with close-ups of the interpreter with wonderful freckles!
