I must admit I was a little disappointed by this book, used to the high quality of the books of Olivier Lafay. I découperais the book into three parts: the first corresponds to a philosophical reflection of our relationship to nutrition, like that one refers to various concepts ... It will not please everyone, j 'myself have enjoyed. The second is more practical, and explains how to manage his diet according to his needs. As always, the approach is clear, well detailed, although some were other inconsistencies with the information provided in the other books of M.Lafay. The third part is a set of menus, adapted according to individual needs. This is the whole problem: there is in all and for all 4 different menus, tirelessly repeated, the only change at Level doses. I would have appreciated more variety, eg a set of healthy and good recipes, along with methods to build his meals.
In short, a good book, but with some flaws. I do not think that this alone may be sufficient to really take control.
