Processing, optics:
The keyboard is actually only 4mm thick and looks very classy. The black piano lacquer on top of it can also look very good on the coffee table. The white underside bothered some of the previous speakers, I have nothing to complain about it. Naturally black piano lacquer has a disadvantage is seen dust very well. But since my TV and my home theater system have a similar interface, I can also differed everything at once. Who wants to have a stylish surface, which must just sometimes the (supplied) Install cloth.
Writing experience:
As for the flat keys, so I was initially very skeptical. I'm a big fan of classic keyboards and have, despite normal fingers no good relationship with thin laptop-like keys. My concern, however, has completely dispelled the K750. The keys are indeed flat, but provide enough distance from each other and a nice feedback when pressed. It feels great and I'll handle it well.
Putting the keyboard flat came to me out of the question, so I folded the two supports on the back. The inclination angle I find very pleasant. As demanded by some intermediate stage I do not miss.
Coverage:
Since the keyboard is to work with me throughout the living room, I decided deliberately for a keyboard with 2.4 GHz technology. The PC is in a corner of the living room, even if I put myself in the opposite corner of the bar (6m Distance) Is the keyboard properly. Also at the end of the dining area (approx 8m distance) although I could hardly see anything on the screen, but it still write. The range is therefore from the screen rather than depending on the keyboard.
Battery life and solar operation:
In the first 2 weeks I ignored the included solar-app completely. The keyboard was mostly in the evenings (with dimmed light) 2-4 hours in use (surfing, e-mail and games). After these two weeks I was interested then but even the hard facts, in which light intensity loads the keyboard and how long does the battery. With the solar-app I could make the following findings: Dimmed light or energy-saving lamps are not enough, so the keyboard is operated and also charges the battery. There should already be a richige 60W lamp. The best results provides still daylight, even on cloudy days. Those who do not just want to use in the basement or in the dark, the keyboard, the need to make NEVER worry about the battery level. Even after 6 hours use in the dark, the battery was still at 99%. I've never seen a lower value. So if the keyboard exposed from time to time daylight, which is always on the safe side, in which the keyboard is ALWAYS work.
Conclusion:
"Where there is light, there is also shadow" it said in a previous recession. The only down is the high price for me. But but you also get a stylish keyboard with nice writing feeling and the knowledge that you never have to worry about battery charges itself. Wen the price does not scare will not regret a purchase.
