The author of the book gives good advice to sit (on a bench, a chair) or fold (which is the best position to sleep). However, I find no need to renew in each chapter (once was enough!). Instead these redundancies, I would have preferred more ideas to improve our holding in the life of every day, for example to carry loads, gardening, cleaning: how to remake a bed, vacuuming ... We do not spend our time sitting or lying down. Moreover, the drawings to place the cushions were not always very explicit. The use of color to materialize the pillow would have been welcome. Finally, some advice is not realistic as read on the back holding the book before him above his head. Even with a pillow to help hold the position hat to those who succeed! In summary, this book is a basic but not sufficient on its own to improve our ills.
