The mouse stinks, probably it is the scroll wheel. Anyway, the smell is very unangehnem and caused nausea and headaches. With prolonged use even then stinks hand.
The surface is very sensitive, every fingerprint shows.
A left-handed or who served from time to time with the left mouse should be a different looking. On the up / down keys you have to get used to very, otherwise a click is quickly done too much.

Actually a very good mouse, only the manufacturer has saved unfortunately the material.
