Very fast heat-up with optical "eye" (red Tefalpunkt) -> TOP.
Best to clean plates and pans (also Spülmasch.) -> TOP
Plates and pans coated optimal (everything falls out already by itself, you do not need wooden spatulas; why this cheap product but not attributing, especially the crepe turner are?)
The coating also no oil required, thus no Gespritze, no smoke and little stink -> TOP
Plenty of room to sizzle -> tested to 4 Pers.
Not> yet tested - Optional use as Crepe Maker
That's all I expect from a raclette and this is here fulfilled 100%. For durability of course I can not make any comments.
