I took these capsules for my companion who had insomnia (actually he wakes up often at night). After 3 days of taking capsules he was sleeping much better. So there is an effect, it is a good product that has not seemed to have any side effects (day drowsiness, digestive problems ....). By cons there he finished the box, it allowed him to rest a little, but insomnia resumed, although less important. Perhaps it should be done several courses ..... and remove stress ... -_-
