To have followed the method of Valerie Orsoni literally when I've needed (two pregnancies and a difficult situation to live everyday) I can say that yes this is the right method. I also followed other diets before (including the famous protein diet a known doctor) that proved catastrophic. I finally found a way to lose my excess weight (and they were many, many more elsewhere after restrictive diets) and feed me properly. Obviously, no miracle, we must realize that we are what we eat and the need to make a change. But with this method the change is smooth and in harmony with the needs of the body and mind (no cognitive restriction, sensual pleasure).
This book allows each to better understand how to balance diet and do sports without huge efforts. It is a method that combines good dietary advice and unexplored directions, tips, and other sports.
