Normally I'm not easy to get to exuberant reviews, but this time I make an exception: "Role of Hip Hop", although old already over half a decade, is still the best for me German Hip Hop album. I'm only passing through ASD to this album. There, too, I found Afrob already convincing, but this debut album has increased my opinion of him by a mile. The lyrics as the beats are great, but what makes the album really well, is the unique flow of Afrob. His style looks absolutely fresh and extremely energetic, creating the right atmosphere. Clearly, the tracks at the top "Reimemonster" is (he adds here perfectly with Ferris) and "role with Hip Hop" (Collective Diss around Möcht wannabe rapper). But "Stories from the neighborhood", "Easy", "Do you hear that cry?" and "Spekatkulär 1 & 2" are absolutely compelling tracks that you listen to over and over again. The good thing about this album is that it simply does not want to listen. Also, I own it already more than one year, and it is not gathering dust in the closet, but will be consulted again. Conclusion: still current, and an absolute classic. Who is a fan of German Hip Hop, and this album has not been on the shelf, which definitely missing one of the best albums - Buy Now!
