A milestone in Turkish music history!

Yeah ... Actually, there's so much to say about this album, and you do not know really where to begin. As for every Tarkan is with his two hits "Simarik" and "Sikidim" quite well known and was also very successful. But what this meant even bigger than other people might think of his native Turkey. Finally a Turkish singer could manage to present his works abroad so that it was not only accepted and respected, but also at the same time made the Turkish music and culture known. Tarkan, who sold a superstar in Turkey and only five million records before his success, was now celebrated as a national hero.
The more or less "Best Of" album "Tarkan" is peppered with 13 erstklassigproduzierten Turkish songs, including two bonus tracks. Here a small track-by-track review of the overview:
1) Simarik: The most famous Turkish song of all time. Everyone has probably somewhere this Turkish melody with the kisses between the chorus heard before. Produced by Tarkan himself and the "Queen Of Turkish Pop" Sezen Aksu of the song is to enjoy every summer again. Last but not least "Simarik" the Australian actress Holly Valance helped the breakthrough with the English version "Kiss Kiss". CULT!
2) Ölürüm Sana: A very bisdato exceptionally-Turkish song, which rounds up all somehow. The rocking electric GittarreTöne go right into the bloodstream when it is mixed with the oriental instruments and from this creates. Unfortunately, the song is not released as a single, which I very much regret personally, because "Ölürüm Sana" would surely have had a hit. Nevertheless, it can enjoy the LPBesitzer.
3) Bu Gece (Kir Zincirlerini): This was the third single from the album and was more moderately successful, not because it was like or about a bad song. Only one had no trance hits like "Bu Gece" expected after two Turkish oriental songs. This was probably the fault. Otherwise it can be seen here again, the diversity in terms of music style of Tarkan. Geiler Partyknaller.
4) Sikidim (Hepsi Senin Mi): worship songs the 2nd! The Chorus Line "Oynama Sikidim Sikidim ..." has probably everyone belongs somewhere. Definitely a catchy song and it does not come easily away from it. Another song by Sezen Aksu. Respect!
5) Salina Salina sinsice: This song is also the hammer. In the background the hard Beatz crashing to the tunes played by violins, one must "Salina sinsice" have definitely heard times. As a bonus track on the "Sikidim" Single it was a real sweet, and you could also be made into single release quite trust.
6) Ikimizin Yerine: The first ballad on the album. A real authentic Turkish ballad. Very Rousing and for the physical grief. Unfortunately, the handset that no Turkish anything about it, but still you can feel this pain very easily from Tarkan's voice.
7) Inci Tanem: In my opinion the best BISDATO Ballad of Tarkan. Especially the chorus is definitely under the skin. This distinctively strong are the song the last bite. A special treat the "Ud" intro and the "violins" Outro. Check out the off!
8) Dön Bebegim: one of his biggest hits from the year 1994. The song but has still not lost its strength and power. A beautiful ballad to cuddle, love, melt, daydreaming ... Umm. Never mind that, simply great stop !! ;-)
9) Basina Bela Olurum: After Pop, Trance and ballads of course it is about time for proper bellydance music. "Basina Bela Olurum" is one of them. A very good even. The special feature is that it has always changed between his rhythm and so to offer the ear more variety.
10) Gul Döktüm Yollarina: Typical could not be this song. If you "Gül Döktüm Yollarina" already you listen for the first time, then you already know directly that this is Turkish music. Just lovely to hear all these intruments such as oud, kanun and darbuka on a String. Full marks.
11) Unut Beni: And again it is a bit slower. This time, more European and less Turkish in terms of music. Otherwise convinced Tarkan orientale miracle voice here.
12) Beni anlama: I think this is the culmination of diversity that can be found on an album at all. A clearly classical music, what with the Turkish language found a nice mix. Although I with classic not much else has this something this song. Therefore, also for "Beni anlama" full marks.
13) Delikanli Caglarim: A Happy mood song for all seasons and especially a beautiful conclusion of a so legendary album.
14/15) Simarik / Bu Gece: These two hits there as a bonus track in the mix again. Simarik is the long and the same time the original version, where a verse is longer. Bu Gece Also in the original version, which I think is better than the radio and the beat better catchy quality has.
So Conclusion: Anyone who even slightly not averse to volunteer oriental music to listen to this CD would have on the shelf. If not then it will bring to, because at least the successor album "Karma" you will access this, because more of the Turkish megastar Tarkan want to hear.
