I loved this book. The method to stop bitching described therein is simple: using a wrist strap that changes every time we groan, just attempting to stop bitching for 3 weeks, the time needed for that a habit takes root in us. The most surprising is not the result but what happened during the journey around this challenge. And if I keep bitching paradoxically still, it allowed me to discover new things about myself and regain my reactions that I may have the face of events. This book is in the public interest!
